• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.
• Account credentials must not be shared with anyone else.
• Operating an account in the name of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Robbet may request identity verification documents for KYC purposes at any time.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, robbet may temporarily suspend it.

Deposits and withdrawals on robbet are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on robbet and will result in immediate account closure.

• Running multiple accounts or using an account registered under someone else's name.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting loopholes.
• Disrespectful behavior toward other members or robbet staff.
• Attempting to find security vulnerabilities or hack the platform.
• Use of funds from suspicious sources or money laundering.
• Betting associated with match-fixing or manipulation.

Robbet may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• Information mismatch during KYC verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Any balance from legitimate sources will be refunded upon account closure, but bonus balances are non-refundable.

Robbet makes every effort to deliver its services reliably, but will not be held liable in the following circumstances.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected server downtime (robbet always works to restore service as quickly as possible).
• Issues with your device or browser.

If a dispute arises between robbet and a member, the first step is to seek resolution through live chat support.

• Step 1: Submit your complaint via live chat or email.
• Step Two: robbet's support team will provide an initial response within 24 hours.
• Step 3: Complex cases will be thoroughly investigated and resolved within 72 hours.

In the event of any dispute, robbet's logs and database records shall be treated as the authoritative source of information.

Robbet may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time it deems necessary. Members will be notified of any changes in advance via app notification or email.

Continued use of robbet after updated Terms & Conditions take effect will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.
